The first course bySelf-Defence Wagner was held at a local yoga studio, initialised privately. 7 women age 17-55 attended the 7 hours workshop successfully and learned different aspects about self-defence, assertiveness but also about their own personality and society in general.

Finally !
Despite the Covid Situation, travelling and working abroad is possible again...after nearly 2 years!!!
I am looking forward to be back at Eichendorff primary school, Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany, and to empower year 3 and 4, girls age 8-9years.
I am also looking forward to meeting the new spokesperson, making this course happen on the 06.-07.11.21!

Covid had a great impact on all our personal and business life in the last years.

Women's Day 2023
What a great Taster Session in Bad Schwartau, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany on the occasion of the International Women's Day 2023. All participating girls age 9-14 learned a lot and had great fun breaking the wooden boards!
